Shipping and Returns Policy

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after confirmation. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we always work to ship your products as quickly as possible.

2. Delivery Time
Standard delivery usually takes 4–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may require additional time.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Yes, we offer COD on all eligible orders across India. Additional COD charges may apply based on your pin code.

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout (if applicable). We aim to keep delivery charges minimal and affordable.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email. You can check real-time updates anytime.

6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct. PulseNsole is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered

• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

• The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  

2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and quality reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once worn or damaged by the customer.

3. Return Process

• Share your order number and issue details.

• Our team will arrange a pickup or guide you through the next steps.

4. Refunds
Once the product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.

5. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will arrange it based on stock availability.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
